B&J Wholesale Team - James Kiser

James Kiser

President

James Kiser is responsible for the company’s strategic direction, sales and business development. Previously, James served as Greenwell’s VP of Wholesale Oilfield Equipment and oversaw the company’s extensive line of API-certified products.

Prior to this role, James co-founded KP Wellhead and Supply and in seventeen months grew the business to $12 million in annual revenue. KP was subsequently acquired by Greenwell.

He has over 30 years of experience in the oil and gas sector, most notably in energy services and oilfield equipment, and has led different companies’ operations in the U.S., Eastern Europe and Asia Pacific.

B&J Wholesale Team - Dustin

Dustin Slater

General Manager

Dustin oversees B&J’s operations, facilities, equipment and inventory and all logistics matters. Prior to B&J, Dustin served in a sales role for Weir Oil and Gas Pressure Control, where he drove sales for drilling and completion operations and ran field trials for new products and services.

Dustin is a Marine Corps Veteran and served in Operation Iraqi Freedom.

He brings over ten years of experience in the oilfield equipment and services market.

B&J Wholesale Team - Leslie

Leslie Willard

Financial Controller

Leslie serves as the Controller for B&J Wholesale. He has over 33 years of business experience including ten+ years with Price Waterhouse where he worked with public and private companies in various industries.

He has also overseen financial processes and documents for numerous mergers and acquisitions. Most recently, Leslie was an Audit Partner with LBB & Associates.  Leslie holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and Finance from Texas Tech University and is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Texas.

B&J Wholesale Team - Kent

Kent Kroll

Salesman

Kent Kroll manages sales for B&J and works closely with customers to understand their requirements. Prior to B&J, Kent served as the operations manager of Array Products, where he ran the overall production schedule, short and long-term planning and resource allocation.

He also spent seven years with Cameron Surface Systems, starting as a field service manager and progressing to the operations manager. Kent holds a B.S. in Agricultural Systems Management from Texas A&M University.

B&J Wholesale Team - Chuck

Chuck Naomi

Salesman

Chuck manages sales for B&J and has 23 years of experience in the oil and gas industry. He has worked in pressure and well control, operating hydraulic chokes, gate valve manifolds, frac stacs, and B.O.P.'s since the age of 18.

Chuck has also designed and sold flowback equipment and spent time training personnel in Argentina and Mexico. He is an avid fisherman and enjoys hunting.
